天美传媒

I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Aiken with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching since 2007. I have taught 1st grade (2 years) and 2nd grade (14 years). This coming year will be my 17th year teaching in 天美传媒 and my 6th year teaching at Millbrook Elementary. 

I am married to my husband, Bradley and we have one daughter, Brooklynne. We have a 12-year-old cat, Lacy, and a 2-year-old dog, Nala.  We love traveling, spending time with our families and watching sports (GO TIGERS!).  

I am looking forward to working with you as a partner in educating your child. My goal is to facilitate learning in an exciting and fun way. As an educator, it is my job to see that your child becomes a lifelong learner. To achieve this, it is essential that we work together to ensure that your child is working to his or her potential in a successful and meaningful way.  Each second grader this year will discover the job of learning while gaining confidence through successful experiences. This is a year of transition where skills introduced in second grade are fine-tuned and applied across the curriculum. Students will develop an awareness of the world around them as they develop emotionally, socially, and academically.
