Hello, I am Dr. Belinda Lapuz. I am an international teacher from the Philippines. I just finished my doctorate degree last May 2023. Previously worked as a university instructor for 15 years and 4 years as a high school teacher at Spring Valley High, Columbia, SC.
Teaching is my passion and I really love kids! I am truly honored to be taking this journey with the awesome students and families at Millbrook /Oakwood Windsor Elementary.
