Hello! Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year. This is going to be an amazing year, and I can't wait to meet my students and hear about all the exciting adventures you had this summer.
If you are new to Paul Knox Middle School, my name is Dr. Bussey. It is my pleasure to be teaching here at Paul Knox Middle School this year. This will be my fifth year here at PKMS. I teach 8th grade South Carolina History. I have been teaching for 21 years and served as an assistant principal for two years before beginning my doctoral work at University of Georgia. I have previously taught second through eighth grades, but I really like middle school! I have lived in the CSRA all my life, so you just might see me out and about enjoying the beautiful Savannah River, antiquing, eating, and just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I have two beautiful dogs, Teddy and Charlie, who are Shih Tzu.
