Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Brandi Harley

Welcome!

My name is Brandi Harley, I am entering my 20th year of education. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Voorhees College as well as my Master's in Education at Cambridge College. I am certified in the areas of early childhood and special education.  I am passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. My husband and I reside in Williston, SC with our 11-year-old son, Mason, 16-year-old son Michael and 22-year-old daughter Brionna. In my spare time I love to read, shop, and spend time with family and friends.

My teaching motto is, “It is fun to know things!” and I can not wait to show my students how exciting it can be to learn and grow as we make new discoveries. I believe that all students can achieve their dreams and goals. All they have to do is put their mind to it! I am looking forward to all the exciting new adventures we will have in the classroom this year. This is going to be such a fun and exciting year at Redcliffe!

Please feel free to contact me at anytime by email (bharley@acpsd.net) or phone at (803) 827-3350 with questions or concerns.

ABOUT 4K

Welcome to 4K! I am so excited about teaching your child this year!  I will send home a monthly newsletter that will tell you the skills we are working on and any upcoming events or activities. You can read below to find out more about OUR 4K classroom.

4K is a learning experience for everyone. WE manage behavior in our classroom through positive feedback, modeling, and reminders when needed. Most of my students have never attended school before, so behavior is a work in progress. We will focus on sharing, getting along with others, being polite, cleaning up after ourselves, using our quiet voices inside, etc. These are just a few of the things we work on throughout the year.  When students are having issues with any of these behaviors, we stop what we are doing and have discussions about the behavior and why it is not appropriate. We also have discussions about positive behaviors I see throughout the day. I will call parents if there are issues we are having difficulty resolving. If, at any time, you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send me a letter, e-mail me at bharley@acpsd.net or contact me at the school. The school number is 803 827-3350.
